This Privacy Policy describes how Burla, Inc. ("Burla", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit burla.dev, use our documentation, or interact with the Burla open-source software and related services (together, the "Services").
Information we collect
- Information you provide. If you contact us by email, book a call, or create an account, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, and company.
- Usage information. Like most websites, we collect standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site traffic.
- Your workloads stay in your cloud. Burla's software is designed to run inside your own cloud account. The code you run and the data you process with self-hosted Burla clusters are not sent to us.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To respond to questions and support requests.
- To send product updates you have asked for. You can opt out at any time.
- To monitor the security and reliability of the Services.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Services (for example hosting, analytics, and email providers), when required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the Services to function and, where enabled, for basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children
